Pizza Paradiso – Jan Vardøen
Krister Turøy — Filed Under Books | 4 Comments

Read more

Ark Lesevenn
Krister Turøy — Filed Under Books | 2 Comments
So long!

The Two Wolves
Krister Turøy — Filed Under Alt og ingenting | Leave a Comment
An old Navajo was telling his grandson about the fight that is going on inside himself.
He said it is between two wolves:
- One is evil, anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, superiority, etc.
- And the other is good, joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, empathy, etc.
The grandson thought about it and asked, “Which wolf wins”
The simple reply, “The one I feed”

Gammel korktavle får nytt liv
Krister Turøy — Filed Under Kreative Sanna | 1 Comment

Prophetic Insight from Doug Addison
Krister Turøy — Filed Under Prophetic Insight | Leave a Comment
Today I received an e-mail from Doug Addison´s ministry InLight Connection. When I read it I felt that this is really a word for me now and I pray that it will “get” you the same way. Prepare yourself. This is good times!
Here it is:
“God spoke to me that this year on the Day of Pentecost there will be a new release of power and creativity from Heaven.
Quite often, people hear a prophecy like this and they expect the sky to split open and the audible voice of God to reveal their destiny to them. I wish it would be like that, but usually when God releases something new, there is a shift that happens and we begin to see it unfold over a few weeks and months. Of course, those who are not watching for new things that God is bringing can miss it (Matthew 25).
The actual Day of Pentecost is May 23. I am expecting God to do something new in my life and ministry and you can expect the same. There are new opportunities coming to many people in the month of June.
We are being positioned for an increase of God’s power that will cause our evangelistic efforts to become more effective throughout the rest of 2010.
I wrote an article on this that has more details including how to not be majorly effected by the economic crisis. You can read about it on my blog by Clicking Here or visiting www.dougaddison.com.”
I have posted the entire blog post from Doug´s site so please continue and read and let this enter your spirit man and build up expectation in you.

Krister Turøy — Filed Under Alt og ingenting | Leave a Comment
Jeg kom over en artig artikkel på aftenposten.no som jeg ønsket å dele med dere. Den kan du lese ved å klikke her.
Min umiddelbare tanke etter å ha lest om Trijicon sin praksis var at det er kjekt med favør fra Gud

Redding, CA, USA
Krister Turøy — Filed Under Events, God is Good! | Leave a Comment
We are going with a group of Bible school students to visit Bethel Church in Redding, California. We are going to a prophetic conference called “Piercing the Darkness” and we’re going to go out on the streets with people from the church as much as we can. We want to get reactivated again and get back into loving people on purpose on the streets.
Most of the people going to Redding with us are also going to visit IHOP in Kansas City. We are just going to stay in Redding for the whole trip and get as much as we can while we’re there.
Sanna and I are staying with Tom & Heidi Ruotolo. It’ll be great! Looking forward to it. Please pray for the trip that everything will be smooth and that we will have the time of our lives

Dear friends and loved ones,
As usual it´s been a while since last update. Many of you probably don´t know that Sanna and I have moved back to Norway. We had thought that we would stay in Moravian Falls, NC, till December this year. That´s what we believed when we moved to the US, but God wanted it otherwise. In the end of June we were asked to be part of a church plant in Oslo, the capital city of Norway. The church will be a Catch the Fire church and is under Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (TACF). It´s starting September 20th and Sanna and I will be the youth leaders there.
It took some time before we reached the decision to go for it. We prayed a lot about it and sought counsel from friends. From Proverbs 11:14 we learned that “where there is no guidance the people fall, but in abundance of counselors there is victory.” This is true and we´ve experienced it. All the wisdom, guidance, input and prayers we got from our friends on the mountain is priceless! They advised us on how to go forth, how to conduct ourselves, the right protocol etc. And they all asked the Lord for direction for us. One thing that was very special for us was when David and Adam (two superb friends) came from High Point and Winston Salem to get together with us and pray with us. That was precious. We thank God for such true friends. When we left them and flew home to Norway we knew that we were on the right way and that God really had called us home again. But it wasn´t only easy to go home…

Vacation With My Parents
Krister Turøy — Filed Under God is Good! | 4 Comments
My parents left yesterday. Sad day. They came Thursday last week, so we got to spend 8 days together this time. I had the best week that I´ve had over here. They blessed us by coming over the sea to visit with us. I love my parents very very much! Since I´ve moved out 10 years ago to go to College, it´s been long time since we got to spend quality time together over many days like this. Thank you so much, Lord!
Blue Ridge Parkway
They came over here Thursday a week ago, and we spent a couple of days here in the area. On Friday we went to Winston-Salem to do some shopping. My mother wanted to go to a store to by fabric for quilting, and my father and I wanted to get a new iPhone for me because the old one was falling apart. I had dropped it outside and the glass was shattered and pieces had fallen off… On Saturday we drove to Boone and to Blue Ridge Parkway. It was beautiful!! We hiked for a couple of hours too. Saw a waterfall and ate ice cream and drank soda. Having a blessed good time!
On Sunday we went to Morningstar Church in Wilkesboro, then headed towards Nashville, TN. My father loves country music, and I grew up listening to Willie Nelson and Kenny Rogers among others. I really enjoy that kind of music too. So Nashville was were we wanted to go. It was fun. The live music in the music pubs was high quality. We loved it! Sanna and I even got to dance a couple of dances at “The Stage” which was really cool
Wednesday this week we returned to Moravian Falls and rested. Thursday was a good day for us too. Sanna and I took them around on the mountain meeting our friends, and we had picnic lunch at one of the prayer mountains. The peace is marvelous here, my parents commented on it several times.
What I want to say is that I really truly enjoyed being together with Sanna and my parents! I look forward to seeing them again next time, in Norway. They are wonderful and I love them very very much.
Mamma and Pappa, I love you!!! Gud velsigne dere uendelig masse!

SPEAKERS
Kathi Oates
During thirty years of pastoral ministry, Gary and Kathi Oates have planted five churches. However, their lives and ministry were dramatically redirected several years ago when, in separate experiences, both Gary and Kathi were caught up into the Presence of the Lord and began seeing the ministry of angels in the realm of the spirit. Following those experiences, they were launched into worldwide itinerate ministry with an overwhelming abundance of supernatural results. Kathi has a powerful inner healing and prophetic ministry. She travels worldwide ministering to those experiencing emotional pain. She carries a strong anointing to heal the brokenhearted. Amazing testimonies of supernatural healing are documented from those suffering from severe trauma and abuse.
Andrew Miller
Andrew Miller, LCSW, has practiced as a professional individual, marriage and family therapist for the past fifteen years.
